How to Make Salsa Verde

Ingredients:
➼ 2lbs tomatillos
➼ 1 head of garlic
➼ 1 onion
➼ 2-4 jalapenos (depends on how much heat you like)
➼ 1 bunch cilantro
➼ Juice of a lime or 2 tablespoons
➼ avocado oil
➼ salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Half tomatillos
2. Cut and peel onion into fourths
3. Cut head of garlic or peel cloves
4. Cut jalapenos in half and remove the seeds
5. Place tomatillos, jalapenos, garlic, and onion on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle avocado oil, and sprinkle salt and pepper on the vegetables
6. Roast vegetables at 425 degrees for 45 minutes
7. Place in a blender/food processor, add in bunch of cilantro, squeeze in limes/add lime juice
8. Cut up tortillas and toast them to make chips. My tortilla recipe is here!
9. Pour salsa into a bowl and enjoy with chips!
